Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

Located in Shrewsbury, MA, the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) empowers low-income families with young children and youth up to age 18 through practical, skill-based nutrition education. Our programs offer engaging group sessions led by dedicated EFNEP educators, where participants dive into essential topics such as nutrition, food shopping, and food safety.
