Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program in Saugus, MA, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits and provide essential resources to families in need. Through our program, we offer free healthy food, comprehensive nutrition education, and valuable breastfeeding support, along with referrals to additional services that can enhance the well-being of mothers and their children. We welcome every family seeking assistance and strive to make a positive impact in our community.
