Senior Center and Services

The Salem Council on Aging is dedicated to enriching the lives of Salem's seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering a wide range of vital services tailored to those aged 60 and older. Located in Salem, MA, our center provides engaging programs, including music events, exercise classes, and book clubs, as well as exciting outings such as museum tours and sightseeing trips. We ensure nourishment through our daily hot lunch service and home-delivered meals for homebound elders, with a suggested donation to support this essential service. Our knowledgeable social services team assists seniors and their families with critical information about Medicare, Social Security, and housing, along with personalized counseling by licensed social workers. We encourage community participation without any membership fees while keeping everyone informed through our monthly newsletter, "Senior Power."
