Located in Randolph, MA, Baby Steps is a compassionate clinic within the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Medical Center dedicated to supporting former premature infants and those facing complicated newborn challenges. Our team comprises a skilled developmental and behavioral pediatrician, occupational therapists, and two experienced dietitians committed to providing comprehensive developmental evaluations and nutritional assessments. With a focus on individualized care, we connect families to essential community resources through our family outreach advocate. We offer tailored evaluations and recommendations for developmental services such as Early Intervention, alongside nutritional guidance and medical management. For infants struggling with feeding and weight gain, our dietitian conducts home visits to create personalized feeding plans and conducts in-depth feeding assessments when necessary. We ensure that ongoing follow-ups adapt to the evolving needs of the child and family, fostering growth and well-being at every step.
