Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Quincy, MA, offers essential food assistance tailored to support low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, alongside infants and children up to five years old. With a commitment to promoting healthy food habits, WIC provides personalized nutrition and education counseling, breastfeeding guidance, and vital resources, including breastfeeding supplies and tools. Participants receive a debit card to purchase nutritious foods such as milk, whole grains, beans, cereals, and a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, all specifically designed to meet your family's needs. Our knowledgeable counselors are dedicated to crafting customized food packages and connecting families with additional community resources, including SNAP, housing, and health services. If you’re receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you are automatically eligible for our support. We also welcome foster care children under the age of five, ensuring every family has access to the nourishment they deserve.
