MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Plymouth, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to appropriate weight management services that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
