Located in Plymouth, MA, the Healthy Living Center of Excellence is dedicated to empowering individuals through a variety of evidence-based health education workshops designed to prevent and manage chronic diseases and address various health concerns. Offered in both English and Spanish, our 12 dynamic workshops, including A Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease Self-Management, Diabetes Self-Management, and Healthy Eating for Successful Living, are developed from extensive research by national universities and medical organizations, ensuring participants benefit from proven strategies for improved health.
