Danielle Cote is an experienced counselor holding credentials as an MS, LMHC, and NCC. She understands that raising a child with emotional or behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities can often feel isolating and overwhelming. To address these needs, she offers individual counseling, recognizing that even young children can develop valuable skills in understanding their emotions and learning relaxation techniques. Additionally, Danielle provides support for parents, leveraging her background in behavioral therapy to offer practical strategies for managing challenging behaviors at home. Her expertise extends to school advocacy as well, should the need arise.

Danielle also possesses extensive experience working with adults facing the complexities of depression and anxiety disorders, including PTSD. She believes strongly that individuals with a long and/or complicated trauma history are not alone in their struggles and can find hope through her guidance. Trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she is dedicated to helping clients reclaim their lives. Furthermore, Danielle has spent years working with children, teens, and adults on the Autism Spectrum, ensuring they receive the tailored support they require.
