Baby Steps

Baby Steps, located in Peabody, MA, is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of former premature infants and those with complex newborn histories. Our multidisciplinary clinic, part of the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Medical Center, is staffed by a compassionate team that includes a developmental and behavioral pediatrician, occupational therapists, and dietitians. We provide comprehensive developmental evaluations and nutritional assessments tailored to each child's unique needs. Families receive guidance on accessing essential community resources through our dedicated outreach advocate. For infants facing challenges with diet or weight gain, our dietitian conducts home visits to create customized feeding plans and provide hands-on support. We also offer feeding assessments for babies with specific feeding difficulties and ensure ongoing follow-up care to address the evolving needs of both the child and their family.
