Leslie Bennett, MS, LMFT, is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist with extensive experience in private psychotherapy practice. After many years serving clients in Orlando, Florida, Leslie has transitioned her practice to the serene setting of Western Massachusetts to be closer to family. Located in Northampton, she welcomes individuals, couples, and families who are seeking healing, learning, and growth. Leslie specializes in addressing issues such as trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, and codependency, among others. Additionally, she offers specialized teaching and therapy intensives for couples, ideal for both struggling and thriving relationships. With a strong belief in the potential for personal growth, Leslie understands that everyone may benefit from therapy, coaching, or support at various points in their lives. Drawing from her years of experience working with adult survivors of abuse, adult children of alcoholics, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, Leslie employs a flexible approach, adapting her techniques based on each situation. Her training in Systems Theory informs her perspective, allowing her to view human issues within the wider context of their environment, and to create solutions that foster healing and development.
