Ellie Lipton is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist (LCSW, LICSW) who understands that reaching out for support can often feel daunting. With a strong focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and experience with current and former athletes, Ellie draws upon a wealth of knowledge from psychodynamic, attachment, and social justice theories, as well as contemplative psychology and strengths-based methods. Her expertise includes addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, identity exploration, athlete-specific issues, grief/loss, family dynamics, relationship difficulties, life and career transitions, and the deconstruction of internalized oppressions. All sessions are conducted remotely via secure telemedicine platforms, allowing Ellie to connect with clients across California and Massachusetts.
