Our Meals on Wheels service offers well-balanced lunchtime meals each weekday to individuals aged 60 and above who face challenges in preparing nutritious meals or accessing communal dining options. Each meal is thoughtfully planned by a nutritionist and prepared by a professional caterer, ensuring seniors receive at least one-third of their daily nutritional needs. We understand the importance of catering to dietary needs, which is why we offer modified meals for those with diabetes, as well as pureed and renal options available in the greater Fall River and Taunton areas. To join our program, a free in-home assessment by our case managers will determine eligibility. While we request a small donation per meal to support our services, we firmly believe no one should go without food assistance, so we never deny a meal based on one's ability to pay. Individual nutrition counseling is also available for participants. Home-delivered meals are accessible to residents in Attleboro, Berkley, Dighton, Fall River, Freetown, Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Raynham, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea, Taunton, and Westport.
