Grow Clinic

Located in North Andover, MA, the Grow Clinic for Children is dedicated to empowering children facing challenges such as Failure To Thrive (FTT) through a comprehensive range of outpatient services. As part of Boston Medical Center's Department of Pediatrics, we offer specialized medical assessments, nutritional counseling, developmental and social services, and brief psychiatric consultations. Our compassionate team goes beyond medical care, advocating for policy changes that support the health and well-being of children in our community. We understand the importance of access to essential resources, which is why we provide home health education, referrals to specialized nutritional supplements, and assistance in navigating food resources. We also ensure transportation support for our most vulnerable patients and connect families with vital necessities, including nutritious food, clothing, and housing.
