Food Pantry

Located in Newton Center, MA, the Food Pantry at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. We are here for low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor, ensuring access to emergency food when needed most. To prioritize health and safety, we currently offer pre-bagged food items, and clients can receive support once a week. We ask clients to maintain social distancing while waiting outside to collect their bags, and encourage the use of reusable bags to make transport easier. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and provide compassionate support to our community during difficult times, reflecting our commitment to fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment for all.
