Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

In Natick, MA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to empowering low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with their infants and children up to five years old, to cultivate healthy eating habits. WIC offers a comprehensive range of services including personalized nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support with access to supplies like breast pumps, and a debit card for purchasing nutritious foods such as milk, whole grains, beans, cereals, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Our knowledgeable counselors collaborate with families to tailor effective food packages that meet their unique needs. Additionally, WIC connects participants with vital community resources, including SNAP, housing assistance, daycare services, dental care, clothing support, and fuel assistance. Families receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth can easily access these essential resources, while foster children under five automatically qualify for WIC benefits.
