Health Education Workshops

At the Healthy Living Center of Excellence in Methuen, MA, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through our evidence-based health education workshops available in both English and Spanish. Participants can choose from a diverse range of 12 workshops, including the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Diabetes Prevention Program, and A Matter of Balance, among others.
