Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a compassionate, free nutrition assistance program located in Melrose, MA, dedicated to ensuring the health of pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of five. Our mission is to provide vital nutrition and health education, along with access to healthy food and breastfeeding support, all at no cost to qualifying Massachusetts families.
