Located in Melrose, MA, Adult Primary Care at Lowell Community Health Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services for adults, ensuring all patients receive quality healthcare from our compassionate and culturally competent team of physicians and nurse practitioners. Our range of services includes complete physical exams, routine lab work, management of chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes, cholesterol screenings, cancer prevention, nutrition guidance, and preventive health education. We strive to be accessible to everyone, accepting MassHealth and offering a sliding scale fee and free care for uninsured individuals. Our diverse staff speaks over 28 languages, including Khmer, Laotian, Spanish, Portuguese, and more, allowing us to serve our community effectively and inclusively through accessible primary care.
