The Healthy Living Center of Excellence in Marblehead, MA, is dedicated to empowering individuals through evidence-based health education workshops available in both English and Spanish. With a variety of 12 workshops, including A Matter of Balance, the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, and the Diabetes Prevention Program, participants gain valuable tools to enhance their health and well-being.
