Health Education Workshops

At the Healthy Living Center of Excellence in Lynn, MA, we are dedicated to empowering our community through accessible, evidence-based health education workshops offered in both English and Spanish. Our programs focus on the prevention and management of chronic diseases, harnessing research-backed strategies to deliver real, positive outcomes. We proudly offer 12 comprehensive workshops, including A Matter of Balance, the Diabetes Self-Management Program, and Healthy Eating for Successful Living in Older Adults, among others.
