HIV/HCV Medical Care

The UMass Memorial HIV/HCV Program in Leominster, MA, is dedicated to providing essential medical care to individuals facing HIV and HCV who lack adequate healthcare coverage or financial support. Funded by Ryan White Part C and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, our program delivers comprehensive medical services and case management tailored to the needs of our community. Our compassionate, multi-disciplinary team prioritizes the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that every patient receives respectful and culturally appropriate care, regardless of their economic situation or background. We do not turn anyone away for lack of payment and assist with health insurance and enrollment in the HIV Drug Assistance Program. Our extensive services include medical care, medication adherence support, mental health services, nutrition, and more, all designed to empower individuals living with HIV and HCV. We welcome all patients with dignity, offering language access through our medical interpreter program. To schedule an appointment, new patients are encouraged to reach out to the clinic directly, with most seeing a provider within two weeks.
