Nutrition Support Group

Based in Leominster, MA, the Nutrition Support Group at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve better health through nutrition. We understand the challenges of managing weight loss, food allergies, diabetes, and other diet-related issues, which is why our supportive environment is designed to provide guidance and encouragement. Each month, we offer free support group sessions that foster community and knowledge sharing, connecting those who are navigating similar journeys towards improved diet quality and health. Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, except in November, to gain valuable insights and strategies that can enhance your nutritional well-being and make a positive impact on your life and the lives of those you care for.
