LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

Located in Leominster, MA, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA offers a welcoming and supportive environment designed specifically for adult cancer survivors seeking to reclaim their health after treatment. This free 12-week program provides essential resources to help participants improve energy levels, build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance overall functional ability through two weekly classes led by certified instructors trained in cancer care and post-rehab exercise. With full access to YMCA facilities, including complimentary child watch services, we are committed to guiding each individual on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle as part of their recovery.
