Cove Wellness is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals to engage in open, honest, and nonjudgmental conversations surrounding conception, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, partnership, and self-care. With an extensive background in intensive family therapy, individual therapy, public policy, and advocacy, Cove has always been passionate about coaching and supporting women and parents through all stages of their lives. Holding specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, Cove understands the isolating challenges that often accompany the journey from pre-conception to parenthood, including infertility, pregnancy loss, and mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. Through therapy modalities such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cove aims to provide support to address various women’s issues, assisting clients to navigate their unique experiences without feeling alone on their journey.
