Located in Gloucester, MA, the Healthy Living Center of Excellence is dedicated to empowering individuals through practical, evidence-based health education workshops offered in both English and Spanish. Our programs are carefully crafted from the latest research by national universities and medical organizations, focusing on the prevention and management of chronic diseases and health issues. We offer a diverse range of 12 workshops, including topics such as diabetes management, healthy eating for older adults, caregiver support, chronic pain self-management, and programs tailored for positive health outcomes such as the Diabetes Prevention Program.
