MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Gardner, MA is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. We aim to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options tailored to their needs. Our offerings include supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after engaging with the MOVE! program.
