Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Franklin, MA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to promoting healthy food habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children from birth to five years old. By providing personalized nutrition education and counseling, we help families make informed choices about healthy eating. Our program includes breastfeeding support, educational materials, and essential supplies like breast pumps. Participants receive a debit card to purchase nutritious foods, including milk, whole grains, beans, cereals, and fresh produce, tailored to their family's needs. Additionally, we connect families with vital community resources such as SNAP, housing assistance, daycare, dental care, and fuel assistance. If you are receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you may automatically qualify for our services, ensuring that every family has access to the support they deserve.
