Grow Clinic

The Grow Clinic for Children, located in Framingham, MA, is dedicated to supporting young patients dealing with Failure To Thrive (FTT). As part of Boston Medical Center's Department of Pediatrics, we offer a comprehensive range of services including medical assessments, nutritional counseling, developmental evaluations, and social work support tailored specifically for children. Our compassionate team is committed to not only providing exceptional clinical care but also advocating for policies that address and reduce the disparities faced by families in need. Beyond traditional treatment, we engage in proactive outreach to help families access critical resources like nutritious food, clothing, and transportation. We also facilitate connections to specialized nutritional supplements through referrals to the BMC Food Pantry. Our mission is to ensure that every child receives the essential support they need to thrive, both within and outside the clinic setting.
