Stephanie Owen is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist (LICSW) with a passion for guiding adults through their healing journeys. She understands that life often presents challenges that serve as opportunities for growth and transformation. When individuals feel stuck or struggle to express their authentic selves, Stephanie sees it as a call to embrace change. With a firm belief in the innate ability people have to heal themselves, she creates a nurturing space for clients to rediscover their true selves. Stephanie incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Energy Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Brainspotting, which she recently trained in as a valuable tool for deep, healing work. Additionally, she utilizes Life Centered Therapy, a psycho-spiritual and mind/body model that addresses the root causes of emotional, mental, and physical concerns. Through both in-person and virtual sessions, Stephanie is committed to supporting her clients across Massachusetts in their pursuit of well-being and self-discovery.
