Food Box Program

Located in East Falmouth, MA, the Food Box Program, operated by the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, offers vital food assistance to individuals and families in need. Each month, we distribute thoughtfully prepared food boxes that include nutritious items essential for preparing meals at home for several weeks. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to emergency food resources, addressing basic nutritional needs with care and support.
