Baby Steps

Baby Steps, located in East Boston, MA, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for former premature infants and term infants with complex newborn experiences through our specialized developmental evaluations and nutritional assessments. Our multidisciplinary team, comprised of a developmental and behavioral pediatrician, occupational therapists, and two dietitians, is committed to ensuring every child receives the tailored care they need. We also employ a family outreach advocate who connects families with essential community-based services and resources. Our offerings include developmental evaluations, nutritional assessments, and access to appropriate developmental services, such as Early Intervention. For infants facing dietary challenges or inadequate weight gain, our dietitian conducts home visits to develop personalized feeding plans and deliver targeted recommendations. We prioritize the ongoing health of each child by providing follow-up care tailored to the unique needs of both the child and their family.
