Early Education and Care Program

At the Yawkey Center in Dorchester, MA, we are dedicated to nurturing the development of young children and supporting families through our Early Education and Care Program. By employing a case management approach, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each family and child. Our comprehensive offerings encompass parenting education, job skills training, family wellness resources, and additional support services. We provide a safe and enriching environment for children from 6 weeks to 6 years, focusing on their physical, intellectual, and social development, while also addressing health, nutrition, and cultural needs. Families benefit from full-day, year-round care, nutritious meals prepared on-site, and enriching educational experiences. Accepting vouchers from the Department of Transitional Assistance and providing a limited number of subsidized slots from the Department of Early Education and Care, we ensure access to essential services for families in Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roxbury, Roslindale, and other Boston neighborhoods.
