Jennie Kristel, MA, is a registered expressive arts therapist, facilitator, and coach, specializing in helping individuals navigate profound grief, trauma, and self-esteem issues. Through her trauma-informed approach, she equips clients with the tools to re-frame, re-author, and re-story their life narratives, paving the way for more fulfilling experiences. With expertise in a variety of modalities, including mindfulness-based therapies, expressive arts, and energy work such as Reiki and Qi Gong, Jennie fosters a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
