Marjorie Cahn

Marjorie Cahn, a licensed clinical social worker with over thirty years of experience, specializes in providing support and practical strategies to families navigating the challenges of managing school-age children at home. Known for her warmth and expertise, she is particularly skilled in working with adults and children with a trauma history, as well as parents and adopted children. As a parent and grandparent herself, Marjorie understands the unique challenges families face and is dedicated to offering a problem-solving approach to these extraordinary times. She founded the Worcester Institute on Trauma & Loss and the Teen Parent Program in Worcester, showcasing her commitment to nurturing and educating others. Marjorie has also previously worked as an early childhood teacher and consultant, teaching parenting classes and coaching parents individually. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting and knitting. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and Marjorie is ready to assist those in need with compassion and insight.
