Kate Tapply is a dedicated counselor, holding a Master's Degree and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Her expertise lies in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents, with a specialized focus on developing and elite performing artists and athletes. With a rich background as a former professional ballet and modern dancer, Kate is uniquely equipped to support artists of all ages on their journey. She has a passion for helping young adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and the expansion of their identities. Kate integrates influences from Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Expressive Therapies into her holistic approach, fostering positive growth and change for her clients. Her skills extend to addressing stress, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. Additionally, Kate offers performance coaching, drawing from her extensive experience in the arts.
