Eileen specializes in Internal Family Systems therapy and Mindfulness, Acceptance, and Self-Compassion, but she has also trained extensively in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This wide array of skills allows her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
