Home Delivered Meals, part of the Meals on Wheels network in Chicopee, MA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to homebound individuals. Our compassionate meal drivers not only deliver nutritious meals right to your door but also serve as a vital connection to the outside world, often being the only person our clients see on a regular basis. They play a critical role in communicating any additional needs to WestMass ElderCare staff, ensuring that each person's holistic well-being is prioritized. We suggest a voluntary donation of $2.25 per meal, enabling us to continue serving our community with quality food and support.
