The Grow Clinic for Children, located in Chelsea, MA, is dedicated to supporting children from the Greater Boston area who are referred with Failure to Thrive (FTT) by their primary care physicians. As an outpatient subspecialty clinic affiliated with Boston Medical Center, we offer a holistic approach that includes comprehensive medical assessments, nutritional counseling, developmental evaluations, and social services aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our young patients. Our mission extends beyond clinical care; we actively advocate for policies that address and reduce childhood nutritional insecurity. Additionally, our outreach program connects families with essential resources like nutritious food, clothing, and housing assistance, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive. We also facilitate access to the BMC Food Pantry for specialized nutritional supplements and provide logistical support through our one-way taxi service for eligible families.
