Food Pantry

The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell in Chelmsford, MA, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to individuals and families in need throughout the Greater Lowell area. We believe in serving everyone without discrimination, creating a welcoming environment for all regardless of race, creed, or national origin. Our pantry offers nutritious food and supplemental groceries, ensuring that no one has to face hunger alone. Clients can receive a standard food order every 30 days, along with up to four emergency food orders within a year. We encourage anyone in need to visit us, even if they don't have the necessary documentation, as we’re committed to providing immediate support and additional resources. Our services are available on Wednesdays from 9am to 12pm and again from 5:30pm to 7pm. During these challenging times, we prioritize health and safety, and ask that guests arrive at the designated entrance where our staff will assist you. If transportation is an issue, feel free to send someone in your place with a note of permission. Together, we strive to alleviate hunger in our community and support those who are facing tough times.
