Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Canton, MA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to foster healthy food habits by providing vital nutrition education and counseling tailored to families' unique needs. We offer breastfeeding guidance, essential supplies, and a convenient debit card for purchasing nutritious food items such as milk, whole grains, beans, cereals, and fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, our compassionate counselors help customize food packages and connect families to other critical resources, including SNAP, housing assistance, daycare referrals, dental care, clothing, and fuel assistance. Eligibility for WIC is straightforward, particularly for those already receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, making our services readily accessible to those who need them most.
