Grow Clinic

The Grow Clinic for Children, located in Canton, MA, is dedicated to supporting children referred with Failure To Thrive (FTT) from the Greater Boston area. As an outpatient subspecialty clinic affiliated with Boston Medical Center, we offer a comprehensive range of services including medical assessments, nutritional counseling, developmental evaluations, and social work support. Our commitment extends beyond clinical care; we actively advocate for policies that aim to reduce childhood food insecurity and improve the conditions for at-risk families. Through our outreach programs, we assist families in accessing essential resources such as nutritious food, clothing, and housing support, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. We also provide home health education, brief consultations from child psychiatry, and referrals to specialized services, including the BMC Food Pantry for nutritional supplements not covered by insurance.
