Hannah Richardson, PhD, is dedicated to supporting individual adults and elders as they navigate anxiety, depression, and complex relational dynamics, including family conflict and issues surrounding identity. With a strong belief in the transformative power of psychotherapy, she fosters a collaborative environment where curiosity and insight lead to relief from suffering. Clients bring their own self-knowledge and experiences to sessions, while Hannah skillfully uses her extensive education and clinical expertise to provide thoughtful questions, reflections, and feedback. She holds advanced training in psychodynamic and multicultural psychotherapy from the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology/Boston Medical Center and Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School. In addition to her private practice, Hannah serves as a part-time lecturer at CHA/HMS and is currently pursuing psychoanalytic training at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. An alumna of Wellesley College, she values building meaningful therapeutic relationships and encourages potential clients to explore whether they might be a good fit together.
