Home Care Program

The Home Care Program in Cambridge, MA is dedicated to empowering older residents of Cambridge and Somerville to maintain their independence and safety at home. We offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our participants, including case management, adult day programs, personal care assistance, food shopping, home safety adaptations, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, Meals-On-Wheels, memory disorder consultations, personal emergency response systems, companionship, and transportation for medical appointments and grocery shopping. Our mission is grounded in compassion and support, ensuring that each individual can live comfortably in their own home. Our services are state-subsidized, with co-payments determined on a sliding scale based on income, and free of charge for MassHealth recipients.
