Program RISE

Program RISE, located in Burlington, MA, is a vital initiative of JRI Health dedicated to empowering individuals in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and its neighboring towns. Our mission is to provide comprehensive STI prevention, counseling, and testing services, as well as compassionate support for those affected by HIV/AIDS. We offer a range of services including free testing for STIs/STDs and HIV, harm reduction materials, safer sex resources, group support sessions, and essential food access. Our team ensures that individuals can navigate their health needs with dignity through medical transportation, community referrals, emergency assistance, and case management. All services are provided at no cost, with a commitment to safety during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic by operating through appointments and accommodating walk-ins when possible. Masks are required for all clients, and we are happy to provide one if needed, reflecting our dedication to both health and support in our community.
