Silvia Russ

Silvia Russ is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who conducts individual, couples, and family psychotherapy in both English and Spanish. Specializing in couples and families, she adeptly addresses complex issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and ADHD, and explores how these challenges impact communication and interaction patterns. With her expertise, Silvia helps couples articulate their emotional needs and perceive one another from a renewed perspective. Furthermore, she engages with children within the family context, guiding parents as they navigate their child's behavioral and emotional difficulties. With over 30 years of experience in the Boston area, Silvia is attuned to diversity issues, including cultural, gender, and socioeconomic disparities. Trained at Boston University School of Medicine and the Family Institute of Cambridge, she has held a marriage and family therapy license in Massachusetts since 1994.
