At the Grow Clinic for Children in Brighton, MA, we provide essential outpatient specialty services for children facing challenges like Failure To Thrive (FTT). As a part of Boston Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics, our mission encompasses not only comprehensive medical, nutritional, developmental, and social services, but also advocating for the policies that support vulnerable families. Our dedicated team offers a wide range of assistance, including medical assessments, nutritional counseling, developmental assessments, and brief psychiatry consultations. We extend our support through family-centered home health education, referrals to specialized nutritional supplements and resources like the BMC Food Pantry, and access to transportation services for eligible patients. Our outreach initiative plays a vital role in connecting families with necessities such as nutritious food, clothing, and secure housing, reinforcing our commitment to improving the well-being of children in the Greater Boston area.
