Grow Clinic

The Grow Clinic for Children, located in Bridgewater, MA, is dedicated to supporting children from the Greater Boston area facing health challenges, particularly those diagnosed with Failure To Thrive (FTT). As part of Boston Medical Center's Department of Pediatrics, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including medical assessments, nutritional counseling, social worker evaluations, and developmental assessments. Our commitment goes beyond clinical care; we advocate for policies aimed at reducing child hardship and provide resources like specialized nutritional supplements through our referral to the BMC Food Pantry. Not only do we offer home health education and transportation assistance for vulnerable families, but our outreach program also ensures that essential needs—such as nutritious food, clothing, and housing—are met.
