Adult Survivorship Program

The Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, is dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care and support for adult cancer survivors. Our program addresses the unique challenges faced by individuals who were diagnosed with cancer at age 21 or older, offering essential resources to navigate life after treatment. Our multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, and nutrition counselors, collaborates closely with you and your primary care provider to craft a personalized survivorship plan that focuses on risk management for second cancers, the long-term effects of treatment, and emotional well-being. We believe everyone deserves to thrive after cancer, which is why we welcome all survivors, whether they were treated at Dana-Farber or elsewhere. Our Financial Assistance program is also available to support those who may struggle with healthcare costs. No matter where you are in your journey, we are here to provide the education, expertise, and care you need to live well beyond cancer.
