The challenge for each individual is to find balance; navigating through the most difficult times, processing pain and struggle, while also uncovering the joy and peace inherently within. Frankie’s approach to counseling is holistic and mindful, emphasizing the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and spiritual health. She views therapy as an interactive relational connection that transcends fixed goals, becoming a part of the process of adapting and growing. With over a decade of experience, Frankie has guided people through the complexities of everyday life and some of life’s most challenging transitions, including chronic and terminal illness, bereavement, anxiety, forgiveness, relationship endings, and caregiver stress. A trained focus-oriented therapist, she also teaches meditation to individuals and small groups. Frankie looks forward to meeting new clients and exploring the potential for a supportive therapeutic relationship.
