Food Pantry

The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell is dedicated to providing urgent food assistance to individuals and families in the Billerica, MA area. We ensure that everyone who seeks help is welcomed, regardless of their background. Our services include nutritious food and supplemental groceries to support those facing food insecurity. Clients can access a standard order of emergency food every 30 days, with the option for additional emergency orders throughout the year. We invite anyone in need to visit us, even if you lack certain documents, as we prioritize getting food to those who require it. Our pantry operates on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and reopens in the evening from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. We encourage you to come to the 200 Central St. entrance for assistance, while our staff will be available to guide you through the process during your visit. If you are unable to come in person, you may send someone to pick up food on your behalf with a note of permission. We are here to provide support and resources when you need it most.
